Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant

ROLE DESCRIPTION

MedGlobal is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant with a focus on data analysis. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions for an international NGO which focuses on delivery of healthcare services around the globe. M&E Assistant responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. M&E Assistant will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

HR Coordinator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a small but rapidly growing global health organization, we are looking for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in assisting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and other strategic initiatives. The HR Coordinator will assist in reviewing and auditing employees and contractor payments to ensure they are paid in accordance with regulations, and recommending solutions to issues as appropriate.

Field Site Manager – North West Syria

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Field Site Manager will be responsible for managing, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of the programs and operational activities, and all subsequent expansion/extension as required, as well as adherence to logistics, human resources, administration, and security procedures. S/he will be responsible for the overall management and technical direction of all MedGlobal projects in Syria and defining program activities on the ground.

This position is open to Syrian Nationals only.
