We are looking for a person passionate about scheduling, organization and efficiency. This role will have a high profile within the organization as it will serve as the main point of contact for the Executive Director and Board President, with some additional support needed on an ad hoc basis for the rest of the board. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling, document preparation (agendas, minutes, etc.) and coordinating amongst various stakeholders.
MedGlobal’s Advocacy Coordinator gives voice to the mission of our organization in efforts to achieve policy-related goals and objectives through direct advocacy with the U.S. government. This position coordinates closely with program staff, issue leads, and communications staff to craft and carry out advocacy initiatives on MedGlobal’s priority issues.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing the organizational communications program. The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid experience of communications, social media management, brand management and marketing development to execute all programming and related campaigns and eventually build and manage a team.
We are looking for an individual obsessed with organization, documentation, communication and logistics. The ideal candidate expects to review emails 24/7, responding thoughtfully and with a sense of urgency. Before starting the role, the candidate should be familiarized with current MedGlobal missions. Supplemental training will be provided, however please note a quick study and an eagerness for learning will be critical to the success of this role. For short-term medical missions, MedGlobal Volunteer Coordinator should work closely with mission leader to help include volunteers with specific credentials required for each mission.
