Donor Relations & Fundraising Manager
We are looking for a Donor Relations and Fundraising Manager who will play a key role in developing and implementing a 2-3 year fundraising and donor relations strategy in cooperation with management. This person will be responsible for building and organizing MedGlobal fundraising campaigns (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly campaigns). In addition to setting goals and metrics related to donor visits, solicitations, gifts and pledges closed and other critical metrics, the Donor Relations and Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing an acquisition plan to generate new leads and identify innovative approaches to achieve the annual fundraising targets. This is a remote position.
Communications & Media
As a small but rapidly growing organization, MedGlobal is looking for an Advocacy Officer who is passionate about advocacy work focused on global health and humanitarian issues affecting communities in fragile and conflict-affected states. The Advocacy Officer will work with the Director of Policy & Communications and President to strengthen MedGlobal’s strategic advocacy and policy engagement. They will work to promote our health work and humanitarian policies related to our countries of operations: Bangladesh, Colombia/ Venezuela, Gaza, Lebanon, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and beyond. The Advocacy Officer will support the implementation of MedGlobal’s strategic priorities including helping to shape a global advocacy strategy, design a biannual advocacy action plan, and create a framework for future advocacy activities. This is a remote position, though the ideal candidate will be based in Washington, DC.
Regional Program Manager-
MedGlobal is looking for a Regional Program Officer who will be part of the Program & Operations Departments, supporting the program implementation in assigned countries. Under the line management of the Director of Health & Emergency Services , his/her responsibilities will be to support the Country Offices in the proposal development and overview of the implementation of projects, ensuring coordination with countries, compliance, quality and timeliness of the implementation and adequate reporting according to the donor’s requirements. The Officer will keep the Directors briefed on pertinent issues and changing circumstances as they arise. The officer will be responsible for a range of logistical, analytical, and preparatory projects to ensure the effective execution of programs. This is a remote position.
