Tracy Ibgui, RN

Tracy Ibgui is a certified registered nurse with extensive experience in neonatal ICU nursing, case management and nursing leadership positions.  She has contributed to various research articles in the burn and humanitarian context.  

Tracy’s humanitarian nursing experience began in 2010 in Haiti after the earthquake and has since participated in and has been a lead on medical missions around the world. 

She is a human rights activist and has served as a member and on leadership teams of various human rights organizations.

Tracy is one of the founding members and Master Trainers of MedGlobal’s Helping Babies Survive team. This AAP program focuses on training programs developed to reduce neonatal mortality in resource-limited environments.
